Common questions from shippers.
What temperature ranges do you support?
Most produce moves at 34–38 °F; stone fruit and citrus vary by commodity. Frozen loads typically run -10 to 0 °F. We confirm set point on every quote.
How far in advance should I book?
24–48 hours is preferred. During peak harvest, earlier booking helps us confirm equipment. We will tell you honestly if capacity is not available.
Do you provide temperature records?
Yes — supported lanes include in-transit monitoring with a delivery summary. Ask about record format when requesting a quote.
What areas do you serve?
California lanes originating in the Central Valley, with regular runs to Bay Area, Southern California, and Central Coast destinations.
Can you handle multi-stop or cross-dock moves?
Yes, when scoped in advance. Cross-dock handoffs require coordinated appointments at both facilities.
